The project incorporated a £2.7 million new build 2,000 sq m Light Industrial Unit at the former Royal Naval Air station at Lee-on-Solent designed to achieve BREEAM Very Good. The facilities provided include fully fitted out ground floor and mezzanine offices and welfare facilities.

The main entrance, reception and waiting areas benefit from new VRF Heating/Cooling systems and MVHR supply and extract ventilation plus new ceilings with LED lighting and redecoration. This also included reconfiguration of general electrical services.
