This project incorporates 56 high quality spacious apartments including 13 penthouses with private roof garden and hot tubs arranged in a horseshoe design to maximize sea views plus an underground car park.

Fully detailed design of all M&E services were carried out including:

Lighting and Small Power
Fire alarms
Intruder alarms
Utility supplies liaison
Smoke ventilation and dry risers
Internal and external drainage including rain water attenuation

In addition to the normal services in this type of building smoke ventilation and active fire protection is provided to lobby and circulation areas whilst flow attenuation is provided on the rain water discharge arrangements.

The development received an award in the Prestigious Daily Mail UK Property Awards 2007 for Best Development in Dorset and is named after the first man-made Reef in UK waters.
