Our role on the fit-out of this existing office space encompassed all elements of the company’s move to its new location, including the sourcing of the office space and assistance with the lease agreements, the internal layout to suit the client’s brief and the specification, and co-ordination of services, furniture, materials and light refurbishment. All of this as well as working within a very tight timeframe.

A particular challenge was the integration of audio, visual and IT requirements within the layout and key elements of bespoke furniture, such as media walls and light tables.

The design has transformed the existing open-plan space into two dedicated meeting spaces, cellular offices, open-plan workstations and a reprographics area.
