This project was the restoration of a 200-year-old listed derelict barn to become a new performing Arts Centre plus the provision of sports facilities.

The Arts Barn includes a 150-seat theatre, dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, exhibition space and bar.
The sports Complex includes eight floodlit tennis courts plus sports pavilion with multi-use hall, community paddling pool facilities building children’s play area and facilities building.
Building services installations included: Heating, Mechanical Ventilation, Water Services, Internal, External and Road Lighting, Tennis courts Floodlighting, Small Power, Pool Circulation and Hygiene System, Fire Alarm System, Security Alarms and Audio-Visual systems.
The project was undertaken on behalf of Totton and Eling Borough Council and Totton College including the detailed design of all M&E building services. There were three major buildings on site, the Arts Barn, The Tennis Pavilion and the Paddling Pool & Facilities building.
