Durrington Health Centre

The Boiler House refurbishment includes a three boiler cascade system. The pipework arrangement includes traditional headers with primary and secondary pumping arrangements serving existing heating circuits and new packaged hot water generation equipment.

The internal pipework modification include new high level distribution pipework which was required due to a major leak from existing underground pipework below the building.

New, replacement and refurbished mechanical and electrical services are provided at Durrington Health Centre as follows:

• Full internal refurbishment of Main Entrance, Reception and Waiting areas
• Boiler House Refurbishment
• Internal heating pipework alterations
• Provision of LST covers to existing radiators
• Modifications to electrical distribution arrangements
