The heating, cooling and ventilation to the open plan office floors are provided by ceiling void mounted fan coil units with central energy efficient chilled water and heating plant plus heat recovery air handling units all controlled via a central BMS.
The lighting incorporates LED modular 600 x 600mm ceiling luminaires and downlighters with integrated automatic absence and daylight control.
Electrical services include new LV switchgear, rising bus bars, distribution boards and underfloor plug in bus-bars, Cat 6 IT infrastructure with final distribution to furniture via floor boxes.
