The project brief was to take an existing tired 1970’s office building and create a modern energy efficient flagship office in the centre of Havant.

In recognition of the success of the project it has been recognised by industry peers with a number of awards including: SCALA Civic Building of the Year 2012 – Highly Commended, RICS 2013 Shortlisted for the SE Award, The Green Apple Awards 2012 – Bronze Award.

It can be clearly seen that by an integrated and collaborative approach to design, implementation and operation a truly successful refurbishment to a high quality, on time and under budget has been achieved in an energy efficient manner.

The project was delivered on time and under budget and demonstrates what can be achieved collaboratively.

The designers and client bodies shared a common vision and this ambition has delivered transformational change to the public sector.
